Statute of limitations
The Statute of Limitations for traumatic injuries is 6 years effective 3/2/16. The Statute of Limitations for occupational injuries is 12 years. The Statute of Limitations begins tolling after the date of injury, date of death, or the date that last compensation was or would have been last paid, whichever date is latest.
Claim denial – injured worker’s rights
