The Enterprise Solutions User Support Portal via Ivanti will provide direct assistance and guidance for Workday training and learning support. The full portal will be available when Workday goes live in July 2025.
Who Can Use the Enterprise Solutions User Support Portal
Anyone with UW login credentials with multi-factor authentication, including:
- Staff
- Faculty
- Student employees
- HR, finance, and research administrators
- IT professionals

- Get assistance with common employee and manager self-service processes in Workday, such as:
- How to update your personal information
- Where to find your past pay slips
- How to manage payment elections (direct deposit)
- How to submit expense reports
- How to find the status of an expense report
- How to report time off and leaves of absence
- How to approve time
- Report down systems or issues with slow system performance
- Submit requests for bug fixes
- Request a new location or edit an existing location in Workday
