What is changing?
We will be migrating computers to a new domain which will affect what accounts are used to log on to the device.
Why is this change happening?
- Increase collaboration and communication.
- Create a more sustainable, manageable IT environment.
- Increase cybersecurity protection.
- Be more efficient and cost-effective.
When is this happening?
Currently we are estimating computers will be migrated in Spring of 2024.
Who is impacted?
All staff who currently have a primary account ending in “@uwsa.edu” will need to migrate their machines.
What do users need to do?
More information will be coming regarding the specific migration process.
