Registration for the meetings will be $100, and is available here. Registrations cancelled past 10/10/18 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Accommodations – Reserving a Hotel Room
Location: Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, WI.
Hotel Booking:
The hotel room block is being held until October 1, 2018. After that date, rates revert to Osthoff’s standard rate of $300 per night.
To make reservation, use one of the following two methods:
- Call 800-876-3399 and press prompt #1, state that you are with UW System- UW Information Technology and our agents will book reservations for your group.
- Book online at www.osthoff.com
- Click on the meetings tab at the top of the screen.
- Click on “To make your individual Group reservations”
- Use GINFOTEC for Group ID and then TECH for the password. This will direct you through the online reservations process.
The room rate is $82/single, $112/double. All cancellations must be made at least 72-hours before arrival to receive a full refund on the credit card provided.
