Planned System Outages
- A large number of Development, Test, and Quality Assurance Databases will be updated. While the production services are not impacted, Dev/Test/QA Databases for SIS at Madison, PSaaS Instances across System, and some IAM systems will be impacted.
- On Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 between 00:01 and 06:00 Lumen will be performing fiber maintenance between Minneapolis and AMES which will cause an outage for the following circuit during this window: 2x100G Sysnet Core 511-CHI2
- The service will be down while the database is migrated to a new hosting cluster.
- The Workday service will be unavailable while maintenance is performed.The following services will also be impacted:AdaptiveChemManager+DormakabaHelioCampus ACRamp (non-MSN)ShopUW+
- The PeopleSoft instance at UW-Eau Claire will be down while the database is migrated to a new hosting cluster.
