Topic: Maximizing Faculty’s Impact in Coordinated Care
Description: Across the Universities of Wisconsin, institutions have made significant investments building strong Coordinated Care Networks within Navigate360. This network serves as the foundation for effective and efficient student interventions. A continued consideration is how to meaningfully integrate faculty into the Coordinated Care Network. In this session, we will revisit the core principles of effective Coordinated Care and explore both proven strategies and innovative approaches for engaging faculty.
