Series description: The UW System Navigate Project Team and EAB are addressing interests for cross-institution collaborations and practice-sharing in Spring 2021 and have identified the first Thursday of March, April and May for our Navigate community to gather and discuss shared interests and strategies.
Session description: This first session focused on understanding the various compositions of Navigate leadership teams in the University of Wisconsin System. It included discussion time in small groups about how leadership teams work together to continue to make progress toward your strategic initiatives. Discussion prompts included sharing strategies and challenges in maintaining a leadership team that can oversee multiple care units and how those care units participate together in the Coordinated Care Network.
