Description: In this unprecedented situation, academic leaders must ensure that student success is not disrupted by inflexible policies and must put procedures in place to mitigate the impacts of the disruption caused by COVID-19. By adapting key policies and procedures for the rest of the term, institutions can ensure academic continuity and encourage student registration and reenrollment in the fall.
In this virtual working session, participants discussed revamping institutional policies and procedures with a small group of peers. Participants had the chance to share their own ideas, explore how peers are revising their policies, and help shape and direct EAB research. Topics include:

- How to ensure students are completing financial aid paperwork during the crisis?
- How to continue to offer and disburse emergency microgrants?
