- Prioritize student privacy with permissions that restrict access as appropriate based on each user’s role
- Engage students and foster a greater sense of belongingness with self-service tools connecting them to peer networks and on-demand resources
- Preserve $2.4 million in tuition and fees from a 12 percentage-point higher retention rate for students who received follow-up support through progress report campaigns–a win they credit to their partnership with Navigate
