If you transfer from one Universities of Wisconsin institution to another, your benefits will automatically transfer with you (the Universities of Wisconsin is considered one employer).
Your leave balances will transfer also. However, vacation carryover and paid leave bank hours may or may not be accepted by your new institution (policies vary by institution). If the hours do not transfer to the new institution, they will be paid out to you before you transfer.
