Below is information about the confidential one-on-one express credit-check-ups, individual counseling sessions, and legal and financial consultations that will be available throughout America Saves Week.

Express Credit Check-ups

30 minute slots will be available as follows:

  • Monday, April 7, 2025: 9 am – 1 pm
  • Tuesday, April 8, 2025: 11 am – 1 pm
  • Wednesday, April 9, 2025: 11 am – 1 pm
  • Thursday, April 10, 2025: 9 am – 11 am

Note: Be prepared to use your camera and microphone for your appointment so UW Credit Union can visually verify your identity. Have your driver’s license or government issued photo ID available.

Individual Counseling Sessions

UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP)

To register for an individual counseling session with the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP) recordkeepers, follow the steps below.

  • To make an appointment with a TIAA representative:
    • Call (800) 732-8353 or
    • Register Online – TIAA
      • Choose “At Work” to view opportunities onsite at your institution. Select by your location to see available dates and times.
      • Choose “Virtual Consultation” to meet remotely. Select your state to see available dates and times.
  • To make an appointment with a Fidelity representative:
    • Call (800) 642-7131 or
    • Register Online – Fidelity
      • The “Universities of Wisconsin” will pre-fill. To see available dates and times, from the “Select Appointment Type” dropdown, choose Virtual Appointment, In-person, or Phone.

To initiate a legal or financial consultation with an attorney or financial expert (depending on your situation), call Acentra Health, the EAP provider at 1-833-539-7285. All 30-minute consultations are free, confidential, and available to employees and household family members. Below are some resources to help you understand the topics these experts are able to assist with and what to expect when you call.

Event attendance is on your own time. Consult with your supervisor for approval to attend during working hours.
