Background
On June 7, 2018 the Board of Regents adopted Resolution 11038. To comply with the requirements of that resolution, the systemwide policies on recruitment and employee personnel files were modified to address concerns related to sexual violence and sexual harassment.
The following policies were revised to include the new requirements:
- UW System Administrative Policy 1261 (formerly HR 13) Personnel Files
- UW System Administrative Policy 1275 (formerly TC 1) Recruitment Policies
