Express Credit Check-up
Schedule your with UW Credit Union!
30 minute slots will be available as follows:
- Tuesday, April 9, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 10, 2024: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 11, 2024: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

You will need access to a camera and microphone for your appointment. UW Credit Union will need to visually verify your identity, so have your driver’s license or government issued photo ID available.
Individual Counseling Session
UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP)
To register for an individual counseling session with the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP) recordkeepers, follow the steps below.
- To make an appointment with a TIAA representative:
- Call (800) 732-8353 or
- Register Online – TIAA
- Choose “At Work” to view opportunities onsite at your institution. Select by your location to see available dates and times.
- Choose “Virtual Consultation” to meet remotely. Select your state to see available dates and times.
- To make an appointment with a Fidelity representative:
- Call (800) 642-7131 or
- Register Online – Fidelity
- The “University of Wisconsin” will pre-fill. To see available dates and times, choose Virtual Appointment, In-person, or Phone.
Wisconsin Deferred Compensation (WDC) 457 Program
To register for an individual counseling session with the Wisconsin Deferred Compensation (WDC) 457 Program provider:
- Register Online – Empower
- Select “in-person meeting” or “virtual meeting”
Event attendance is on your own time. Consult with your supervisor for approval to attend during working hours.
