The specific locations and times for the remaining University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents listening sessions on the proposed 2003-05 state budget have been finalized and are as follows:
- UW-Stevens Point, Tuesday (March 25), 4-6 p.m., University Center Alumni Room, 1015 Reserve St., Stevens Point. The Alumni Room is on the second floor.
- UW-Waukesha, Wednesday (March 26), 4-6 p.m., Commons Building, Conference Room 101. The campus is located at 1500 University Drive, Waukesha.
- UW-Madison, March 31, 4-6 p.m., University Research Park, MGE Innovation Center, Room 50, 505 S. Rosa Rd., Madison.
UW System President Katharine C. Lyall and Board of Regents President Guy A. Gottschalk will be available for media interviews from 3-3:30 p.m. prior to each session.
During the listening sessions, Lyall, Gottschalk and other regents will meet with invited students, parents, faculty, academic staff, campus administrators, business owners, community leaders, local elected officials, K-12 educators and alumni/donors for a roundtable discussion.
The meetings are open to the public. When available, live audio of the listening sessions will be broadcast via the Internet.
