Assembly Committee on Regulatory Licensing Reform- Oct. 31 executive session recap

The Assembly Committee on Regulatory Licensing Reform held an executive session on Thursday, Oct. 31, and heard AB 82- Athletes Agents Act: adopting revisions to the state’s uniform athlete agents act and providing a penalty. The committee passed the bill, including Amendment 1 and Amendment 2, in a 7-1 vote.
