Welcome to the Capital Planning and Budget website.
Our office provides assistance to the Board of Regents, 13 public universities across 26 campuses with a statewide extension and, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Administration Division of Facilities Development, the State of Wisconsin Building Commission. We offer our institutional partners guidance and expertise in capital planning, budgeting, and architectural/engineering services to assist them in developing and maintaining their facilities. Our office also develops the Board of Regents biennial capital budget request and submits it to the state’s Department of Administration for its recommendation as part of the governor’s biennial state building program.
