Objectives & Timeline
Plan UW Project 3 will continue to build upon the existing foundation, and focus on adding Planning Allocation and Multi-Year Budgeting functionality. It is estimated that this project will be completed by December 2020.

Executive Sponsors
- Guides project to ensure it is aligned with UW’s strategic direction
- Garner support from institutional leaders (Chancellors, Provosts and CBO’s)
Executive Steering Committee
- Review and approve key budgeting requirements
- Resolve project issues
- Assist with projecternance
Project Sponsors
- Owns the business case for the project
- Involved in project decision making
- Provide guidance on institutional engagement and communication approach
Institutional Advisory Group
- Attend meetings and provide existing challenges and desired requirements
- Participate in key design, model review, and testing workshops
- Utilize implemented technology and provide user feedback
Project Management Office
- Work closely all project team members to manage day-to-day execution
- Obtain project resources, resolve scoping issues, communicate project status
- Develop and maintain project charter, plans, etc.
