HRS Maintenance Activities on Sunday, October 25th (6AM-10AM)
On Sunday, October 25th, one maintenance activity is scheduled to occur during the normal HRS outage window (Sunday morning 6AM-10AM):
- October Linux Patching (Non Production environments)
Impact Summary for Non-Production and Production HRS/EPM environments – During times throughout the maintenance window the applications/environments will be completely unavailable to users. This also includes end user access to Self Service modules and Timesheet entry, as well as Applicants using Candidate Gateway. No batch processing will occur during this time.
Maintenance processes in PeopleSoft require clearing application and web server cache. This may cause the HRS system to respond slowly, as cache is re-built, immediately following maintenance outages.
